摘 要由于计划生育，从 1981 年起我国就已步入老龄化时代，并且，在不断地发展中，一跃成为老龄化程度最高的国家。传统的养老方式越来越不足以承担养老重任，使得更多社区社会组织参与其中，在社区养老事业中发挥着不可或缺的作用。本文将现实意义与理论意义结合，并且结合了国内外对此的研究，反映出社区社会组织对推动社区养老所做出的努力及贡献，最后以榆林市温家湾社区为例，通过阅读大量文献，实地调研，从社区社会组织结构类型，参与养老方式等方面出发，研究目前社区社会组织推动养老的情况及障碍，提出在政府、社区社会组织、个人的共同努力下，为社区社会组织的养老事业贡献自己的力量。关键词：社区养老；社区社会组织；多方参与；现状；对策AbstractDue to the impact of family planning, since 1981 China has entered the era of an aging population, became the world's highest national population aging.
