北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文社 区 文 化 建 设 与 居 民 满 意 度的 调 查 研 究 ——以鹤田厦社区为例摘 要随着人们日益增长的精神文化需求，社区的居民对社区文化建设有了更多的期待，这给社区文化建设提出了新的要求。社区文化建设是社区建设的重要部分之一，社区文化建设的发展对于提升社区的精神文明，增强社区居民的凝聚力和团结力，构建和谐的社区生活环境等具有非常重要的意义，并对提升居民生活幸福感有一定的促进作用。文章以东莞市鹤田厦社区为例，根据现在国内对于社区文化建设新的指导方向，结合社区文化建设的实际情况，通过深度访谈了解鹤田厦社区文化建设的开展现状，采用对社区居民就社区文化建设的满意程度进行问卷调查，分析影响居民对社区文化建设满意度的因素，通过对社区文化设施的完善、发展创新的活动运行机制与活动方法、疏通居民参与社区文化建设的通道，提出提升居民满意度的建议，从而通过提升社区文化建设的具体行为，提升居民满意度，推动社区文化建设的发展。关键词：社区文化建设 居民满意度 因素 建议1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the increase of people's spiritual and cultural needs, the community residents' expectation of community culture construction is higher and higher, and the new demand for community culture construction also arises.
