I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文深圳市 A 企业培训开发体系研究摘 要随着社会进步与经济的飞速发展,企业之间竞争越来越大。人力资源是企业的第一生产力,企业要想提高自身竞争力,方法之一则是完善自身培训开发体系,提高员工的综合素质。目前仍有许多企业对人力资源管理不够重视,其中特别是对企业员工的培训开发投入严重不足。而其他那些重视培训的企业,有的却因为没有完善的培训开发体系,尽管投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,也没有得到理想的培训效果。本文研究的 A 企业是一家互联网电商公司,虽然比较重视员工培训开发,但是企业所付出的却没有得到相应的令人满意的效果。因此笔者通过采用文献研究法及问卷调查法来分析 A 企业当前的人力资源培训开发体系中的优点及不足,并针对其中的不足及结合 A 企业实际情况,提出相应的解决对策,使得 A 企业的培训开发体系得到完善,提高企业竞争力,调动员工积极性。关键词:培训开发体系;人力资源管理;问题与对策II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the rapid development of society and economy, there is more and more competition among enterprises.
