摘要随着现代企业管理理论的发展,越来越多的企业开始认识到人力资源管理的重要性,在企业中人员的招聘是人力资源管理工作的核心以及基础。人员招聘就是不断地为企业寻找合适的人才和注入新鲜的血液,更是把合适的人放在合适的位置上也是企业生存的根本,所以说人员是企业发展中中最为活跃的要素,招聘工作对于企业战略目标的实现更具有重大的意义。但是现代企业在招聘中仍然存在着许多的问题,这不仅会增加企业的招聘成本,而且会给企业的发展带来阻碍。本文基于中外人员的招聘理论通过对升学教育集团的人员招聘工作的分析,结合多种研究方法找到了升学教育集团在人员招聘中存在的问题,并提出了相对应的解决措施。旨在提高改善升学教育集团现有的招聘工作并提高人员招聘的效率。关键字:升学教育 人职匹配 招聘效率AbstractWith the development of the modern enterprise management theory, more and more enterprises begin torealize the importance of human resource management, in the enterprise personnel recruitment is the core and foundation of human resources management work.
