大学生实习期劳动权益保障研究——基于中山市部分高校的调查【摘要】高校扩招政策出台后，出现高校毕业生人数俱增情况，导致高校毕业生就业压力增大。为了提高实际操作的技能、增加未来就业的机会，高校毕业生在校期间外出实习已经成为了一种常态。然而，由于我国缺乏健全的大学生实习管理制度，用人单位错误的用人观念，高校在指导学生实习方面存在局限性，以及大学生自我保护意识淡薄等，导致大学生在实习过程中的基本劳动权益得不到有效保障。针对大学生在实习期的基本劳动权益得不到有效保障的问题，本文采用问卷调查的方法，通过对中山市部分高校的学生实习情况进行调查，根据问卷调查的情况，结合在网上收集到的资料，借鉴发达国家在大学生实习方面所形成的比较完善的法律法规以及成熟的做法，为我国大学生在实习期遇到的劳动权益问题提供一些合理的建议，主要从政府、实习单位、学校和学生本人出发，为实习生在遇到相关权益问题时提供一些解决途径，保障他们的合法权益。【关键词】大学生实习；劳动权益；权益保障Research on the Protection of Labor Rights and Interests during College Students' Internship—— Investigation Based on Some Universities in Zhongshan City[Abstract]After the introduction of enrollment expansion policy, the number of college graduates has increased, which leads to the increase of employment pressure of college graduates.
