本科论文摘 要招聘是企业提升自身竞争优势、满足自身用人条件的必要手段,同时招聘也是人力资源管理的重要因素,在完善人力资源结构方面起决定性作用,对于企业而言,找到适合的求职者非常重要。招聘不同的员工,他们的教育背景、工作经历,经验和教训以及思维方式等都不一样,在处理问题时会有不同的方法和理解,这就优化了企业文化。就丹东天鸿博远文化传媒有限公司为本文研究对象,通过本企业的招聘存在的现状问题寻求解决问题的措施,并且找出相关小微企业当前招聘问题具有的状况。首先,就研究背景、目的、意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法和研究路径进行整体概述;其次,对研究相关典型基础理论阐述,为下文的研究奠定了理论基础;再次,经过分析本公司基本情况及人员招聘现状,总结出公司当前人员招聘体系存在的的问题,主要包括企业人力资源基础薄弱、企业文化的忽视、求职者需求的忽视等结合相关存在问题,制定了一些有针对性、能够实施策略,重点从企业文化、企业的招聘需求、企业的现状问题为本公司人员招聘提供科学的执行方案,来提升公司人才招聘效率,保证公司在人才竞争上更加具有优势。文章的研究成果将对丹东天鸿博远文化传媒有限公司未来的人力资源改善发展具有一定的指引意义。关键词:招聘管理;招聘流程;招聘效率本科论文AbstractRecruitment is a necessary means for an enterprise to improve its competitive advantage and meet its own employment conditions.
