当代大学生网络求职的现状分析 —以广东省大学生为例【摘要】本文以广东省大学生就业情况作为案例，详细分析大学生在进行网络求职的时候所遇到的相关问题，同时提出具有针对性的解决办法，帮助大学生更好利用网络求职渠道，找到心仪的职位。在研究之中通过文献分析法以及调查分析法，了解网络求职渠道发展性现状以及广东大学生对该渠道的应用情况。根据调查，如今网络求职已经成为大学生进行就业的最新趋势。网络求职作为一种新型的应聘渠道，能够在很大程度上促进大学生就业发展。但是目前因为我国在该方面研究的不足，导致网络求职在实际应用之中没有真正发挥自身的优势。因此本文对于网络求职相关概念进行梳理，通过调查总结了大学生网络求职发展现状，并且提出针对性的改善方案，帮助大学生了解网络求职的重点，完善自我更好的展现自己，早日获取自己满意的岗位。【关键词】大学生；网络；求职。The analysis of the present situation of the contemporary college students' online job hunting-- a case study of college students in Guangdong province[Abstract] Taking college students in Guangdong province as an example, this thesis explores the problems existing in college students' online job hunting, and proposes targeted solutions to help college students better use online job hunting ways to find ideal job.
