对网络招聘有效性的分析【摘要】如今,网络技术和数字经济发展,网络招聘逐渐成为企业重要的外部招聘方式,成为求职者求职的重要渠道,研究分析影响网络招聘有效性的因素有利于更好地发挥人力资源管理的职能,实现招聘企业的招聘有效性与求职者的应聘有效性。本文分为四个研究部分,运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、统计分析法三种研究方法。第一部分简单论述了研究背景、意义、内容与方法,第二部分分别借用国内外学者的研究理论论述了网络招聘及其有效性的概念、特点、影响因素与网络招聘的发展现状,这两部分为本次调查研究提供了足够的背景与理论依据。接着回收整理抽取的样本数据,对数据进行测量与测量指标分类,最后对经由数据分析得到的调查结果作出研究结论,并针对结论提出建议。【关键词】网络招聘;招聘有效性;求职者;招聘组织An Analysis of The Effectiveness of Network Recruitment[Abstract] Nowadays, with the development of network technology and digital economy, online recruitment has gradually become an important external recruitment method for enterprises and an important channel for job seekers, the study and analysis of the factors affecting the effectiveness of network recruitment will help to better play the role of human resources management, recruitment effectiveness and job seekers to achieve the effectiveness of recruitment.
