乐艺教育员工对公司企业文化的认同感研究【摘要】本研究以问卷回收的数据解析为主,借鉴学者的文献资料为辅,站在中小企业的角度上对乐艺教育文化建设现状中,员工文化认同感存在的以下问题进行分析:一、企业文化建设流于形式缺乏深度;二、制度文化执行力度弱,企业文化得不到贯彻落实;三、员工社会化层面的企业文化认同感低下。针对发现的问题,探讨研究提出包含以下六个方面的员工对企业文化认同感的提升方案:首先,科学理解、准确把握企业文化内涵;其次,重视企业制度文化建设,加强企业文化的贯彻执行;再次,提高认知层面的企业文化认同感;然后,提高情感层面的企业文化认同感;再然后,提高行为层面的企业文化认同感;最后,提高社会化层面的企业文化认同感。【关键词】中小企业;人力资源;企业文化;企业文化认同感Research on the identity of Leyi education staff to corporate culture [Abstract]This paper is based on the data and content of the real questionnaire survey, supplemented by the literature of scholars.
