论激活潜能在培训与开发中的作用【摘要】当今,随着社会经济的不断繁荣发展,发达地区的企业日益增多,经济增长速度日益增快,企业的业务自然也会日益繁重,但是企业的发展离不开各位员工的辛勤劳动与用心付出。在业务迅速增长,工作量不断加大的状态下,企业员工的工作压力会越来越大,企业的发展状况可能会由于各种因素的影响而每况愈下,因此企业寻找激活员工潜能的相关因素尤为重要,并在分析激活潜能的重要性的基础上,提出了培训与开发中激活潜能的主要策略且找出相关的有效可行的解决办法,是企业提高竞争力的重要策略之一。本文针对目前企业面临的员工培训与开发的困境,通过调研、访谈等方式收集数据,把激活员工潜能看作一个发力点,结合企业的自身实际情况,通过具体研究与分析,结合组织行为学和运营管理学等方面的有关知识,找出激活员工潜能的相关因素,提出了培训与开发中激活潜能的主要策略及相关的有效可行的解决办法。【关键词】企业;培训与开发;潜能;激励注:本论文(设计)题目来源于教师的国家级(或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业)科研项目,项目编号为: 。 On the role of activating potential in training and development[Abstract] Nowadays, the number of enterprises in developed areas is increasing day by day, which is caused by the continuous prosperity and development of economy and society, also, the economic growth rate is going up rapidly, and the business of enterprises will naturally get heavier and heavier, but the development of enterprises can not be separated from the hard work of all employees.
