某建筑设计院方案专业人员基于胜任力的招聘体系构建【摘要】随着知识经济的深入发展,人才对于企业获得竞争优势具有关键作用,招聘是企业获取人才的主要途径,这是企业持续健康发展的重要保证。所以完善招聘体系,健全招聘流程,对企业增强竞争力具有重要意义。本文通过文献研究法、问卷调查法以及行为事件访谈法对 A 建筑设计院方案专业人员招聘体系的研究,分析 A 设计院现有招聘体系的问题与成因,构建了方案专业人员胜任力模型,得到了以下胜任力特征:知识、技能、沟通能力抗压能力、计划执行、设计能力、审美能力、严谨细致、责任感、主动性、客户服务意识、岗位经验。并将方案专业人员胜任力模型应用于招聘体系中,优化改善了招聘体系中的人力资源规划、招聘需求的确定、招聘渠道的选择、招聘流程以及招聘效果评估,提高招聘的科学性和准确性。同时在文末也提出了自己的不足与期望。【关键词】胜任力;胜任力模型;招聘体系The construction of the recruitment system for the program professionals of an architectural design institute based on competency[Abstract]In the background of knowledge economy, human resources has become a key factor for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages, the competition between enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis, and recruitment is an important channel to obtain talents, is an important guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
