某建筑设计院设备专业人员基于胜任力的绩效体系构建【摘要】组织间的竞争在经济发展的背景下愈演愈烈,如果想要在竞争中保持自己的竞争优势,组织就应该对人才进行管理。众所周知,人才资源已经发展为组织的第一资源,而且是价值的创造者。在这种条件下,建筑企业更面临着巨大的挑战,因此企业更应该重视人力资源管理,特别是绩效管理。本文以某建筑设计院设备专业为例,对胜任力和绩效管理的知识进行归纳,总结常用的绩效管理内容、绩效管理的工具、体系的构建等,并作为依据,研究该建筑设计院设备专业的绩效管理现状,此次研究的对象是某建筑设计院的设备专业员工,通过访谈和问卷调查,建立了该建筑设计院设备专业的胜任力模型,并将其结合到绩效管理中,并构建绩效体系。本文虽以某建筑设计院设备专业为例,但其存在的问题依旧具有一定的普遍性,因此构建出来的绩效体系在一定范围内具有参考意义。【关键词】绩效管理;胜任力;绩效Construction of performance system based on competency of equipment professionals in an architectural design institute[Abstract] The competition among organizations is becoming more and more fierce under the background of economic development. If the organization wants to maintain its competitive advantage in the competition, it should manage the talents. As we all know, human resource has developed into the first resource of an organization, and it is also the creator of value.
