某建筑设计院设备专业人员基于胜任力的人才选拔方式设计【摘要】随着知识经济时代的到来,人才成为企业发展的主要竞争力,人才的选拔作为进入企业的第一关口显得尤为重要。由于传统的人才选拔方式不能考察候选人更加全面的素质特征,现已不能满足人力资源管理要求,因此,基于胜任力的人才选拔显得更符合企业的发展需要,能够帮助企业找到更合适的员工。某建筑设计院约 90%以上员工都是技术人员,由于企业内的人才选拔规划体系不健全,从而导致在进行人才选拔的时候,会出现选拔流程不规范,选拔方式较为单一,也没有明确的人才选拔标准等现象。本文通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、现场访谈法,再结合专家的意见,选出符合某建筑设计院设备专业的胜任力要素并构建胜任力模型。某建筑设计院设备专业人员再基于胜任力建立人才选拔方式设计,完善设备专业的人才选拔流程,解决建筑设计院选拔流程的随意性等问题。【关键词】设备专业,胜任力,人才选拔,测评工具1An architectural design institute equipment professionals based on competence of talent selection design【 Abstract 】 With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, talents become the main competitiveness of the development of enterprises.
