数字化时代中小企业培训模式优化分析——以广东省清远市为例【摘要】二十世纪末叶,随着计算机在人类生活的各个领域不断普及、渗透,数字化时代已然到来。数字化时代又名“信息时代”,数字化的具体表现形态有“互联网+”、云计算、大数据、物联网等。这一时代的到来,对我国企业发展提出了更高的要求,不仅体现在企业管理上,更是体现在企业员工素质上,而影响员工素质的一个首要的影响因素就是员工培训。但是在新的时代背景下,传统的员工培训模式不一定仍适应员工培训需求乃至企业的需求,企业培训模式需要得到优化更新。本文以广东省清远市部分中小企业为例,采用问卷调查法对该些企业的培训模式现状进行调查,总结分析其培训模式的现存问题及存在原因,结合调查结果分析与相关学术研究成果,探索可行的优化员工培训模式的途径,希望能够为中小企业优化员工培训模式提出参考性建议,优化中小企业人力资源管理。【关键词】数字化时代;中小企业;培训模式优化Analysis on the Optimization of Training Mode of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Digital Era——Taking Qingyuan City of Guangdong Province as an example[Abstract]In the end of the 20th century, the digital age had arrived with the increasing popularity and penetration of computers in all areas of human life.
