Ic 新时代自贸区金融人才发展问题研究——以广州南沙自贸区为例内 容 摘 要经济一体化的新时代环境下，我国顺应时代潮流建立了一批自贸区。随着自贸区的发展，各个行业也会面临各种各样的人才问题。本文则是以广州南沙自贸区的金融行业为研究背景，金融人才为研究主体；通过地区的基本定位和金融发展情况，采用 SWOT 分析法对金融人才发展现状进行分析，总结出现阶段所存在人才引进模式的虚化问题、输入型国际金融人才缺乏问题、人才培养环境不良问题、人才激励手段单一等的金融人才发展问题。针对这些问题，基于现实情况和学习总结其他地区金融人才发展经验，提出创新人才运用的模式，多渠道引才引智，营造良好的“育才”环境，加强政策的指导性和先行性等对策，以此来推动该地的金融人才发展问题的解决，同时对促进广州南沙自贸区金融行业的发展也具有现实意义。关键词：金融人才发展；人才政策 ；人才引进；人才培养IIResearch on the Development of Financial Talents in Free Trade Area in the New Era -- a Case Study of Nansha Free Trade Area in GuangzhouAbstractIn the new era of economic integration, China has established a number of free trade zones in line with the trend of The Times.
