I广东省徐闻县农村教师队伍流失问题的调查内 容 摘 要 目前，教师行业的流失问题日渐严重，一支相对稳定的教师队伍是徐闻县教育发展的必备品。徐闻县经济水平过低，对于建设一支相对稳定的教师队伍显得有心无力，本文主要通过问卷调查法，针对徐闻县农村教师队伍流失问题，主要从教师、学校等方面进行原因分析，从而提出解决的对策。通过调查发现，徐闻县教师流失的原因主要包括教师希望有更多的时间回归家庭、学校给予教师的薪酬和福利过低、教师培训的次数较少、学校的教育设备过于落后、教师缺乏自我的职业发展规划、教师的工作强度和压力过大、晋升机会少等。解决对策主要是合理安排教师的授课时间、提升教师的薪酬和福利、加强教师的培训、适当升级学校的教育设备、学校协助教师建立详细的职业发展规划、减轻教师工作压力、健全教师的晋升制度。关键词：徐闻县；农村教师；教师流失 A Survey Report on the Loss of Rural Teachers in Xuwen IICounty of Guangdong ProvinceAbstractAt present, the loss of teachers is becoming more and more serious, and a relatively stable team of teachers is essential for Xuwen County in Guangdong. This paper find that the main reasons for the loss of teachers in Xuwen include teachers hope to have more time to return to their families, the salary and welfare given by the school is too low, the opportunity of training is little, the educational equipment in the school is too backward, the teachers are lack of self-career development planning, the work intensity and pressure of teachers are too high, and the opportunities for promotion are little.
