下载后可任意编辑中职培育物流专业人才的现状和对策中职培育物流专业人才的现状和对策 谈梦 【摘 要】物流行业的进展需要大量专业化的人才，因此就需要从教育的角度入手，确保物流专业教育与实际物流岗位诉求保持吻合。而在培育专业物流人才过程中，中职学校发挥着重要的作用，这就要求中职学校要正确看待新形势对于物流专业人才的要求，继而实现教育教学内容和方式的调整，由此引导实际的物流人才教育进入更加有效的状态。论文首先对新形势对物流人才的要求进行总结，接着分析了中职培育物流专业人才的现状，指出实际物流专业人才培育中存在的问题，并在此基础上提出中职培育物流专业人才的应对策略。 【关键词】中职教育;物流人才;培育策略 【Abstract】 The development of the logistics industry needs a large number of professional talents， so we need to start from the perspective of education to ensure that the professional education of logistics is consistent with the actual demands of logistics posts. In the process of training professional logistics talents， secondary vocational schools play an important role， which requires secondary vocational schools to correctly view the requirements of the new situation for logistics professionals ， and then realize the adjustment of teaching content and mode， so as to guide the actual logistics talents education into a more effective state.
