下载后可任意编辑妇幼合剂质量标准 大桑菊饮合剂质量标准的讨论妇幼合剂质量标准 大桑菊饮合剂质量标准的讨论 【摘要】 目的 建立大桑菊饮合剂的质量标准。方法 采纳薄层色谱法对方中桑叶、薄荷、连翘和浙贝母药材进行了色谱鉴别;采纳高效液相法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果 薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清楚,阴性对比无干扰,黄芩苷的含量测定平均回收率为 97.71%,RSD(n=6)为 0.69%,在 104-1040ng 范围内呈线性关系相关系数。结论 讨论的方法可有效地控制大桑菊饮合剂的质量。 【关键词】 大桑菊饮合剂;质量标准;黄芩苷;高效液相色谱法 Study on the Quality Specification of Dasangjuyinheji mixtue QIU Zhi-chun,LUO Wen-hui,LI Yang-xue. Second Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province,Guangzhou xxxx,China 【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality specification of Dasangjuyinheji mixture. Methods The TLC technology was used to identify Folium mori, Herba menthae, Fructus forsythiae and Bulbus fritillariae thunbergii. The contet of Baicalin Ⅰ in Dasangjuyinheji mixture was determined by HPLC. Results TLC spots obtained were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 104-1040ng for Baicalin Ⅰ. The average recovery (n=6) was 97.71% and RSD was 0.69%.
