下载后可任意编辑手术与非手术治疗肠梗阻临床疗效观察|肠梗阻手术是大手术吗手术与非手术治疗肠梗阻临床疗效观察|肠梗阻手术是大手术吗 [摘要]目的探讨手术与非手术治疗肠梗阻的疗效。方法对 20XX 年 2 月～20XX 年 1 月我院收治的肠梗阻患者 71 例的临床资料进行回顾性分析，记录并比较两组的症状缓解时间、胃肠减压量、肛门排气时间和住院时间。结果手术治疗组患者其症状缓解时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间和 3 日胃肠减压量均明显少于对比组（P0.05）。结论对于病情严重的患者及早采纳相应的手术治疗肠梗阻其临床疗效显著，病人恢复快，并发症少。 关键词：肠梗阻保守治疗手术 Abstract：Objective： To investigate the surgery and the efficacy of non-surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction. Method ： February 20XX ~ January 20XX in our hospital 71 cases of intestinal obstruction in patients with clinical data were reviewed， recorded and time of symptom relief were compared ， the amount of gastrointestinal decompression ， anal exhaust time and length of stay. Results ： The surgical treatment of patients whose symptoms time ， anal exhaust time ， hospital stay and 3 were significantly less than the control group for gastrointestinal decompression （ P 0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with serious illness early surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction by the corresponding clinical effect， patients recover quickly with few complications.
