In this paper， the measures such as moving equipment console into the laboratory ， establishing an open laboratory， exploring a new evaluation system， and establishing a harmonious school-enterprise joint training mechanism were proposed. Through the exploration and reform of practical teaching ， we can eich the content and form of practical teaching， improve the quality of practical teaching ， cultivate students" practical ability ， develop students" innovative thinking ， train students" teamwork spirit， and promote the overall improvement of students" quality.
