Methods From September to October 20XX , a questionnaire survey was conducted among 588 nurses in a tertiary hospital in Quanzhou using the social depression scale , nurses′ occupational identity rating scale , and turnover intention scale. The status of nurses′ social depression, professional identity and turnover intention was analyzed , the impact of demographic characteristics on social depression was investigated and the correlation between social depression and professional identity , turnover intention of nurses was analyzed.
