At present ， digital resource co-construction and sharing projects are in full swing in the library ， creating new development opportunities for the library， but also bring a series of challenges， copyright risk is one of them. Under this background， in order to effectively improve the level of digital resource co-construction and sharing， libraries must strengthen their thinking and understanding to prevent copyright risks.
