Methods： 110 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who were admitted to the hospital between January 20XX and January 20XX were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=55） and the control group （ n=55 ） . Both groups were treated with amiodarone， and the observation group were additionally treated with rosuvastatin. The treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks， and the clinical effects， left ventricular function and safety of both groups were observed. Results： ① After treatment， the total effective rate in the observation group （94.55%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （80.00%） （P0.05）. Conclusion： Rosuvastatin and amiodarone is more effective in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. It not only can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients， but also is safe and reliable.
