Ltd. ， Beijing xxxx ， China） 【摘 要】建筑行业迅速进展过程中，房屋建筑工程项目不断增多，而装配式结构施工技术是在施工现场直接组装，作为一种新型施工方式具有诸多优势，但必须做好成本管控工作。论文首先对装配式建筑施工进行简单概述，然后分析装配式结构成本高的原因，最后提出有效的成本管控措施。 【 Abstract 】 With the rapid development of the construction industry ， the number of housing construction projects is increasing ， while the prefabricated structure construction technology is directly assembled in the construction site， which has many advantages as a new construction method， but the cost control work must be done well.
