下载后可任意编辑高血压性脑溢血讨论进展_难治性高血压讨论进展高血压性脑溢血讨论进展_难治性高血压讨论进展 【摘 要】 目的 调查难治性高血压的临床应用与进展。方法 临床调查、收集并阅读资料，回顾难治性高血压的形成与进展。结果 难治性高血压病人由于缺乏或不适当的治疗，经历一个从轻度到中、重度高血压的进展过程，大小动脉重构促进高血压进展和并发症的发生。结论 分析难治性高血压的影响因素，实行有针对性的降压治疗方案，将会改变难治性高血压的治疗现状。 【关键词】 难治性高血压；讨论；进展 【 Abstract 】 Objective To investigate clinic application and development of the refractory hypertension (RH). Methods Through the clinical investigation, collection and review of data, the pathogenesis and progress of RH were reviewed retrospectively.Results RH was a progressive process from mild hypertension to moderate, severe hypertension due to absence or inadequate treatment in patients with hypertension. The large and small artery remodeling accelerated the progression of hypertension and complication. Conclusion Careful, systematic evaluation of patients with RH should identify condition and mechanisms of hypertension to targeted therapy.
