Article One: The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health of Malaysia are responsible for the inspection and quarantine of the export of cubilose products to China, and the Ministry of Agriculture of Malaysia issue a certificate of veterinary hygiene and the Ministry of Health of Malaysia issue a sanitary certificate. 第一条： 马来西亚农业部和卫生部负责对向中国输出燕窝产品的检验检疫工作，并由大马农业部出具兽医卫生证书，马来西亚卫生部出具卫生证书。Article Two: Exporters and agents of cubilose products exported to China should be approved by the Malaysian authorities and reported to the China’ s relevant authorities for putting on file. 第二条：输华燕窝产品的出口商及代理商，须经马方主管部门认可，并报中方备案。Article Three: The production and processing of the cubilose products exported to China shall comply with the relevant regulatioins of inspection / quarantine and food safety of China and Malaysia. The swallow nest of cubilose products exported to China should be registered by Malaysian competent authorities and reported to Chinese authorities for putting on file. Processing enterprises exporting cubilose products to China shall be registered by the State Authentication and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCAA) in accordance with the regulations of the people's Republic of China on Registration of Foods Imported From Abroad. Only the processing enterprises registered with CNCA are permitted to export cubilose products to China. 第三条： 输华燕窝产品的生产、加工过程须符合中国和马来西亚有关检验检疫及食品安全规定。输华燕窝产品的燕屋须经马方主管部门註册，并报中方备案； 输华燕窝产品的加工企业，须由中国国家认证认可监督管理局（CNCA）根据中华人民共和国《进口食品国外生产企业註册管理规定》进行注册，只有获得CNCA注册的加工企业，才允许向中国出口燕窝产品。Article F...
