Said information is the proprietary property of AAA and includes or involves certain information (including without limitation trade secrets, know how, techniques and specifications, the engagement of Recipient and the fact, nature and terms of this Agreement) of a character regarded by AAA as confidential (hereinafter referred to as “Confidential Information”).
