亚细亚陶瓷公司的营销策略优化研究 摘要□□正文 随着房地产行业的发展,与之紧密联系的陶瓷行业得以快速发展的同时,面临着国家环保政策的制约。陶瓷业作为高能耗、高污染产业,环保督查力度趋严使得企业面临着去产能,调结构的困境。如何优化营销策略,保证可持续发展是每个企业都迫切思考的问题。亚细亚公司是一家实力雄厚的大型陶瓷企业,本文在 4P 和品牌营销理论的指导下,通过系统研究亚细亚的营销策略,提出相关建议来促进公司的发展,提高市场份额。本文采用市场营销常用的调查研究、PEST、波特五力模型等方法深入分析亚细亚当前所处的内外部环境,从宏观和微观层面上阐述公司当前面临的机遇和挑战。结合亚细亚公司的实际营销现状,提出存在的策略问题,最后从产品、价格、渠道、推广和品牌五个维度提出优化建议,以期帮助公司完善营销策略,提高在行业内的核心竞争力和品牌影响力。□关键词: 亚细亚公司 4P 营销 品牌策略广东东软学院本科生毕业设计(论文)Abstract With the development of the real estate industry, the ceramic industry, which is closely related to it, has been developing rapidly, and at the same time, it is facing the constraints of national environmental protection policies.
