1 / 7 动力煤煤灰成分的因子分析及聚类分析刘青山,靳宏,王素梅,臧世阳,孙世明,王兆瑞,安鹏生(天津出入境检验检疫局化矿金检测中心,天津300457)摘要: 应用多元统计中的因子分析法对46 批动力煤煤灰成分SiO 2、A1 2O3、Fe2O3、CaO、MgO 、Na2O、 TiO 2 进行系统综合分析;从变量的相关矩阵出发,通过对煤灰成分的浓缩,提炼出新的起主导作用的三个独立因子,揭示了煤灰成分三个主因子的分布特征,分析了各煤灰成分在主因子上的载荷;根据三维空间载荷分布图分成的四个群,对每个群内的煤灰成分特性及相互关系进行了系统的解释。利用多元统计中的聚类分析法根据煤灰成分因子分析结果对动力煤进行分类,结果显示:46 批动力煤根据煤灰成分特性分成四类,其中第一类共有 7 批、第二类共有6 批、第三类共有13 批、第四类共有20 批。关键词: 煤灰成分;因子分析;灰熔融性;聚类分析Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis on Ash Compositions of Steam Coal LIU Qing-shan, JIN Hong,W ANG Su-mei, ZANG Shi-yang,SUN Shi-ming, WANG Zhao-rui, AN Peng-sheng (Chemicals, Minerals & Materials Inspection Center of Tianjin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Tianjin 300457, China) Abstract: Ash compositions (SiO 2、A1 2O3、Fe2O3、CaO、MgO 、Na2O、TiO 2) of steam coal were studied comprehensively by the factor analysis method; Based on correlation matrix of ash composition variables, the three factors were extracted from them. The distribution characteristics of three factors were explored and the loading of ash composition on factors were analyzed; Ash composition variables were divided into four groups, in which, the characters and relations of ash composition were explained systematically.
