本 科 毕 业 设 计立体仓库电气控制系统设计Design of Warehouse Electrical Control System学院 :电子工程学院专 业 班 级 :电气工程及其自动化学 生 姓 名 :学号:指 导 教 师 : 2011年 6 月毕业设计中文摘要立体仓库电气控制系统设计摘要:随着我国国民经济的发展,自动化立体仓库的应用越来越广泛。利用立体仓库设备可实现仓库高层合理化,存取自动化,操作简便化。自动化立体仓库的主体由货架、巷道式堆垛起重机、入( 出) 库工作台和自动运进 ( 出) 及操作控制系统组成。本课题的电气控制主要由西门子公司的PLC、步进电机驱动器、步进电动机、直流电动机等器件组成。本文首先对本课题进行简要的介绍,包括背景,研究意义,现状等;其次对该系统的硬件组成、结构、原理进行了阐述和分析;再次对本系统用到的器件进行分别介绍,重点对PLC程序进行了编写;最后对设计本课题所学到的知识和结论进行归纳和总结。关键词:立体仓库;电气控制;PLC 毕业设计外文摘要Design of Warehouse Electrical Control SystemAbstract: With the development of national economy of our country, The application of automated warehouse will become more widely. The main body of the automated warehouse is made up of shelves, staking cranes roadway, worktable and operation control system. Electrical control of the subject mainly by Siemens PLC, stepper motor drive power modules and other devices. Firstly, It’s a brief introduction of the system, including background, significance, status, etc. secondly, The hardware components of the system, structure, principle are described and analyzed. Thirdly, the devices of this system are introduced, focusing on the PLC — the software is written.
