下载后可任意编辑美国汇盛公司客户资金安全担保协议Fund Safety AgreementParty A (甲方)：Private Scandinavian SparkasseParty B (乙方)：Party C (丙方)：美国汇盛公司 Forex Signs, Inc. 作为甲方授权的亚洲区首席外汇咨询合作及代理商，丙方同意就乙方在甲方平台进行外汇交易，并开设真实外汇账户，为乙方开户及存取款过程提供资金安全担保，本协议经乙、丙双方协商一致，达成如下协议：As a authorized first premier brokerage firm of Party A in Asia, with respect to Party B’s forex transaction on Party A’s platform and establishment of real forex account, Party C is willing to provide fund safety guarantee against Party B’s fund, Party B and Party C agree as follows:第一条：丙方在本协议中，为乙方资金安全提供担保，以期做到：乙方投资资金在甲方开设外汇交易账户，并开设专用外汇账号，提供专用密码。如开户程序不能完成，甲方必须返还乙方已为其汇出的全部资金。Party C will provide fund safety for Party B’s fund herein. Party B will establish forex trade account with Party A and open real forex account with password for the investment fund. In case of failure to complete the procedure for establishment of account, Party A must refund all funds Party B invested.第二条：甲、乙双方于 年 月 日签订投资理财协议，乙方以汇款的方式将投资所需金额： 佰 拾 万 仟 佰 拾 元整（＄ ）在甲方银行开设交易账户（以银行汇款回执、对账凭证或类似单据为准）。Party A and Party B entered into investment and financing agreement dated_____ day____ of 2024.
