The Contract shall refer to a demonstration document jointly formulated by Beijing Municipal Commission of Construction and Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. It shall be applicable to the purchase and sales of stocking houses in the state-owned land of the municipal administrative area. The stocking house shall be equivalent to second-hand house which refers to the house that obtains the house ownership certificate by transfer registration formalities. 2. Before signing the Contract, the Seller shall show the house ownership certificate, other related certificates and documentary evidences to the Buyer. 3. Before signing the Contract, both the Parties shall carefully read the Contract terms, especially the selective, supplementary, filling and revision contents. The Parties shall negotiate and confirm the filled selective contents and blanks in [ ] of the Contract or other deleted or added contents. Selective contents in [ ] shall be selected by “√”; in case of non-occurrence in the actual conditions or no agreement reached by the Parties, the blank shall be marked by “X” to express deletion. 4. The Parties shall sign the Contract in accordance with the principle of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credit; any Party shall not impose its own willingness upon the other Party.
