AGREEMENT OF MACHINERY PURCHASE AND SALE 立合约书人：买方：超能国际有限公司（以下简称甲方）卖方: 万金科技股份有限公司（以下简称乙方）。This agreement is entered into by Buyer Super International limited.(Hereinafter referred as “ Buyer”), and Seller Van king Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred as “ Seller”). 兹因甲方向乙方订购设备，双方同意订定买卖条款如下: Whereas, Buyer wishes to purchase certain machinery from Seller and Seller wishes to sell certain machinery to Buyer. The terms and conditions of the agreement are as following: 第一条、买卖标的物Article 1Objective 第 1 款、品名及数量如下 Item and number 品名 Item 型号 Model 数量 Quantity 单价 Unit Price 金额 Amount 第 2 款、乙方应向甲方提供买卖标的机械的设备操作守则与教育训练资料。Seller shall provide Buyer with operation manuals and training materials for the said machinery to be sold to Buyer. 第 3 款、乙方应向甲方提供2 日，共计 16 时，针对买卖标的机械的设备操作的免费教育训练。甲方在乙方提供的免费教育训练时程之外，尚有培训人员的需求时，得请求乙方协助进行教育训练，惟甲方必须承担因教育训练所发生的相关费用。Seller shall provide a 2 day (total of 16 hours) training, free of charge, on operating the said machinery. Buyer may request Seller to provide additional trainings if necessary.
