个人资料整理仅限学习使用青海常见植物对土壤中重金属的富集及修复作用研究<青海师范大学化学系 07 级环境科学专业颜樱西宁 810008 )摘要: 本文针对厂区周围的土壤和杂草中的七种重金属元素含量进行测定和统计。以飞廉、锦鸡儿、叶黄华三种青海山地常见的植物药材为实验材料,经高温消化处理样品后用火焰原子吸收法测定植物不同部位 Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Cd、Cr、Pb 7 种元素的含量。经测定分析后发现不同植物以及相同植物的不同部位和器官所含的金属元素含量不同,富集系数也不同,对土壤中重金属的吸收能力不尽相同,不同的金属元素在植物体内的迁移能力也相应的有变化。分析发现:植物对其周围土壤中的 Zn、Cu、Pb、Cr 有较强的吸收和富集作用。在分析数据的基础上研究植物对土壤中重金属的富集以及植物对受污染土壤的修复。在重金属污染土壤的严峻形势下,各种土壤修复技术也不断涌现。经实践证明,当前新起的植物修复技术,较传统修复方法更符合可持续发展污染治理模式。关键词: 重金属污染土壤富集系数 植物修复高温消化迁移Summary:This paper covers the surrounding soil and weeds heavy metal element content in seven of determination and statistics.
