内蒙古工业大学课程设计说明书摘 要八宝粥这一既新颖而又古老的食品以其色泽柔和、香味浓郁深受消费者的青睐。传统的八宝粥在配料上以谷物为主 ,难免造成营养不全面、色泽太单一的问题。为了改善这一现象。本文介绍了一种新型营养八宝粥—海带八宝粥。海带是地球上含碘最丰富的食物之一。并且含有多种有机酸和丰富的 Ca、K、P、Fe、Go、Ge 等矿物质元素,富含 VA、VB 和 VD。本设计主要是进行年产 10kt 吨八宝粥车间设计。本设计从各条件出发,选择以杂粮谷物为主料,海带为辅料。针对 10kt 吨八宝粥项目的需要,进行了全厂总平面设计、车间平面设计、产品方案及工艺论证、设备选型、物料衡算、全厂卫生安全、辅助部门等研究与设计。八宝粥未来的发展方向,应是走产品功能化,相信之后养身保健等功能的八宝粥会日益丰富起来,更实用,更丰富的八宝粥产品会一一浮出市场。关键词:发展趋势;车间工艺流程;设备选型;卫生安全;车间布置图内蒙古工业大学课程设计说明书AbstractMixed Congee is both new and ancient food with its soft colors, rich flavor favoredby consumers. The ingredients of traditional Mixed Congee is grain -based, the resultthat nutritional is not comprehensive and color too single. This paper introduces a newtype of nutritional mixed congee - Seaweed Rice Pudding. Kelp is one of the richestfoods containing iodine on Earth and contains a variety of organic acids and rich inCa, K, P, Fe, Go, Ge and other minerals, rich in VA, VB and VD.The design is mainly for workshop-design an annual 10kt tones of rice pudding.Starting from each condition, choosing a program that grain-based, seaweed foraccessories.
