The system shall help to identify causes and shall assist management to develop corrective actions. 该程序提供事故报告、调查和控制的方法，用于 工伤、疾病、财产损失等事故,以及未遂事件及危险源报告和调查分析；有助于分析事故的根本原因，策划纠正措施。 2.0 Scope 范围 This procedure only applies to SMC Jiading Assembly Center. 本程序仅适用于山特维克嘉定装配中心。 3.0 Responsibility 职责 3.1 All Managers and supervisors are responsible for compliance with all elements of this procedure. 所有经理及主管确保遵守该程序的要求。 3.2 EHS Officer is responsible for ensuring and overseeing that all elements of this procedure are fully implemented.
