However, the exact relationship between 25-(OH) vitamin D and cancer-related fatigue is still unclear. This article aims to explore the correlation between the two and their clinical significance.Methods: Relevant research literature was retrieved from relevant databases such as PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane.
