Intracranial aneurysms are a fatal disease, and accurate early diagnosis is crucial to prevent serious consequences. 256-slice spiral CT angiography can clearly display intracranial vascular structures, providing important references for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms with higher accuracy and visualization than traditional CT scanning technology. Therefore, based on the literature review, this paper explores the advantages and limitations of 256-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and proposes further research directions.【Keywords】256-slice spiral CT angiography, intracranial aneurysm, diagnosis, advantages, limitations
