By controlling nutritional conditions, temperature, humidity and other factors, cucumber seedlings treated with different concentrations of 5-aminolevulinic acid and agmatine were observed and measured to analyze the changes in their cold resistance. The results showed that 5-aminolevulinic acid and agmatine significantly improved the cold resistance of cucumber seedlings, and the degree of their action was positively correlated with the treatment concentration.
