It can lead to impaired renal function, and if not treated promptly, can cause severe renal failure. Accurate and timely diagnosis of waterlogging of the kidney is essential for effective clinical management. However, traditional imaging methods may fail to provide accurate or detailed information about kidney function. As a non-invasive and high-resolution imaging technique, 64-layer spiral CT perfusion imaging has the potential to provide valuable information about renal function in waterlogged kidneys. It can measure the local blood flow, blood volume, and blood velocity in renal tissues, which can be used to evaluate the severity of renal function impairment and guide the clinical treatment. Objectives:The main objective of this study is to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of 64-layer spiral CT perfusion imaging in evaluating renal function in waterlogged kidneys. The specific objectives are as follows:1. To compare the CT perfusion parameters (blood flow, blood volume, and blood velocity) in healthy kidneys and waterlogged kidneys.2. To evaluate the correlations between CT perfusion parameters and renal function indicators, such as serum creatinine levels and glomerular filtration rate.3. To assess the diagnostic accuracy of CT perfusion imaging in detecting waterlogged kidneys compared with conventional imaging methods.Methodology:This will be a prospective study involving adult...
