The AuITO hybrid electrode was constructed by injecting gold nanoparticles and ITO nanowires in turn. Then, the biotin-streptavidin-biotinylated DNA (B-S-D) system was used as a detection molecule to establish a new electrochemical luminescence detection method. On this basis, by optimizing the sensor working potential, doping with hydrogen sulfide electrodes, and adjusting the luminescence time, the influencing factors of the sensor performance were explored, and it was found that the sensor had extremely high detection performance. The sensor can detect target biomolecules without labeling, and has high sensitivity, specificity, and stability.
