ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION 组织章程细则 PRELIMINARY 序文 1. Subject as hereinafter provided, the regulations contained in Table “A” in the First Schedule to the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32) shall apply to this Company, and be deemed to be incorporated with these Presents. 1. 除非下文明确规定,否则《公司条例》（第32 章）附表1 的表A所列规定，否则表A 所列规定适用于公司，并被视为本章程细则的一部分。 2.
