精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Beijerinckia indica BY-3 菌株 IAA 合成能力与途径的讨论的开题报告摘要植物生长和发育中的激素合成和信号转导讨论已受到广泛关注,但是微生物体内合成植物激素 IAA(吲哚-3-乙酸)的讨论却较少被报道。本讨论将着眼于 Beijerinckia indica BY-3 菌株 IAA 的合成能力和途径的讨论,借鉴已有的文献,分析 IAA 的生物合成途径,确定 IAA 的合成相关基因,从而构建菌株 IAA 的合成模型。讨论方法包括菌株 IYY 的分离和培育、生物学和生化鉴定、基因组DNA 提取和测序、RNA 提取和定量 PCR 分析等。讨论结果显示:Beijerinckia indica BY-3 菌株具有合成 IAA 的能力,其合成途径主要是通过色氨酸途径进行合成;该菌株中存在着酪氨酸羟化酶、色氨酸氨-裂氨酸里氨酸合成酶等 IAA 合成相关基因。本讨论将为 IAA 的生物合成途径讨论和微生物在植物生长发育中的作用提供一定的参考依据。关键词:Beijerinckia indica BY-3 菌株,吲哚-3-乙酸,IAA 合成,相关基因,合成模型AbstractThe study on hormone synthesis and signal transduction in plant growth and development has attracted widespread attention, but the synthesis of plant hormone IAA (indole-3-acetic acid) in microorganisms has been less reported. This study focuses on the synthesis ability and pathway of IAA in Beijerinckia indica BY-3 strain, analyzes the biological synthesis pathway of IAA and determines the synthesis-related genes of IAA, and then constructs the IAA synthesis model of the strain, referring to the existing literature.The research methods include the isolation and cultivation of IYY strain, biological and biochemical identification, DNA extraction and sequencing, RNA extraction and quantitative PCR analysis.The results showed that Beijerinckia indica BY-3 strain has the ability to synthesize IAA, and its synthesis pathway is mainly through the tryptophan pathway; there are also IAA 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑synthesis-related genes such as tyrosine hydroxylase and tryptophan ammonia-lyase in this strain.This study will provide a reference for the study of IAA synthesis pathway and the role of microorganisms in plant growth and development.Key words: Beijerinckia indica BY-3 strain, indole-3-acetic acid, IAA synthesis, related genes, synthesis model.
