Based on the finite element analysis of the swing arm and combined with the actual usage, a reliability maintenance plan is proposed to reduce equipment maintenance costs and downtime. Through the finite element analysis of the propulsion compensation system of the BOOMER281 car, the stress and deformation distribution of the swing arm under different working conditions are obtained and discussed. On this basis, a reliability maintenance plan is proposed, including strengthening the design of the swing arm, regular inspection and maintenance, and component replacement and optimization. This reliability maintenance plan can not only reduce the failure rate of the equipment, but also reduce the maintenance cost and downtime of the equipment, and improve the reliability and operating efficiency of the equipment.Keywords: BOOMER281; car; propulsion compensation swing arm; finite element analysis; reliability maintenance
