BSG gene is a gene that encodes CD147 membrane protein, and this protein is expressed in a variety of cells and participates in a variety of biological processes. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of BSG gene single nucleotide polymorphisms on susceptibility to psoriasis, and further analyze the biological effects of this gene on psoriasis.Firstly, genotype and allele frequency analysis will be conducted on 500 psoriasis patients and 500 control groups, and gene loci with mutations will be selected for in-depth research.
