The aim of this study is to explore the expression of C-kit, SCF, and Cx43 in the lesion site of megacolon and their correlation with the pathological process. Through case collection and laboratory testing, it was found that the megacolon tissue expressing C-kit and SCF showed significant differences compared with normal colon. The expression level of Cx43 was also significantly affected and positively correlated with the progression of the disease. The results of this study provide a basic basis for further understanding the pathogenesis of megacolon and have a certain clinical guiding significance.【Keywords】 congenital megacolon, C-kit, SCF, Cx43, expression
