The aim of this study is to explore the changes and significance of C1q, SAA and IL-6 levels in different stages of RA patients. Relevant literature was collected by literature review method, and the changes of C1q, SAA and IL-6 levels in different stages of RA patients and their relationship with disease onset and severity were summarized and analyzed. The results showed that C1q levels in RA patients were significantly decreased in the early RA stage, and were related to clinical manifestations and disease activity, indicating that C1q may be involved in the onset and progression of RA. SAA was highly increased in the serum of RA patients, and was related to disease severity and spinal involvement. IL-6 is an important cytokine that is significantly increased in RA patients and is related to disease activity and joint destruction. Therefore, changes in C1q, SAA and IL-6 levels can be used as reference indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of RA.Keywords: Rheumatoid arthritis; C1q; SAA; IL-6; Changes
