This study aims to prepare an efficient DCDRibbec liver cancer vaccine and evaluate its anti-tumor effect in liver cancer treatment. Firstly, collected DCs and RIBL113 cells were cocultured, and the expression of DCs monoclonal antibodies was detected by flow cytometry and ELISA. Then, liver cancer cells were randomly divided into groups and injected with DCDRibbek liver cancer vaccine and control material, and their growth and immunotherapy effects were observed. Finally, Western blot analysis was used to detect the therapeutic effect of the vaccine.This study is expected to provide basic research support for the preparation and application of DCDRibbek liver cancer vaccine and provide a promising immunotherapy method for cancer treatment.Keywords: DCDRibbek liver cancer vaccine, immunotherapy, anti-tumor effect, liver cancer
