This thesis aims to study the total synthesis and pharmacokinetics of DFMG, and synthesize some important derivatives to explore its broader application value.Firstly, we will start from easily obtainable compounds and use multi-step reaction pathways to achieve the total synthesis of DFMG through several operations. Then, we will conduct pharmacokinetic studies on this compound, including its solubility, pharmacokinetic parameters, and toxicity evaluation, to determine its efficacy and safety in vivo.At the same time, we will also synthesize some DFMG derivatives, such as compounds with different substituents or functional groups, through chemical synthesis methods.
