To investigate users' satisfaction with New Era Interactive English.2. To examine the effectiveness of New Era Interactive English in terms of improving learners' English proficiency.3. To evaluate the usability of New Era Interactive English.Methods:1. Interviews will be conducted with learners who have used the New Era Interactive English system to gather their feedback on user satisfaction.2. A pre-test and post-test will be conducted to assess the learners' English proficiency level before and after using the system to examine its effectiveness in improving English proficiency.3. Heuristic evaluation technique will be used to evaluate the usability of New Era Interactive English.Expected Outcomes:The findings of this study are expected to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of New Era Interactive English from different perspectives, which will provide a foundation for further improvement of the system. This study plays a significant role in promoting the development of E-learning system in language learning.
